You can control your smart sensors through the TREATLIFE App anywhere anytime. Support up to 128 devices and set the scene linkage on the TREATLIFE App, making all sensors work as you expect.
Attention: 1. This Zigbee Hub is exclusively compatible with TREATLIFE Sensors, such as the TREATLIFE Zigbee Water Leak Detector, Motion Sensor, and Door Sensor. It cannot directly connect to TREATLIFE smart plugs, light switches, or light bulbs. 2. Wi-Fi Compatibility: If your router supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz dual-band frequencies, ensure that the 2.4GHz band is enabled in the router settings.
How to Connect the Hub to the App: 1. Tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner and select "Add device". 2. Choose "Hub", then tap the "Smart Hub" icon. 3. Press and hold the on/off button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator starts flickering. 4. Confirm the indicator is blinking slowly and tap "Next". 5. Enter your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network name and password (please note: do not enter the device's hotspot name), then select "Next" and "Connect now". 6. Your device will automatically switch to the WLAN page. If not, navigate to your phone's Wi-Fi settings and connect to the "Treatlife-SL-xxxx" or "SmartLife-xxxx" network. After connecting to the device's hotspot, wait for about 2 seconds until it shows "No internet connection" – this is normal. 7. Manually return to the Treatlife app and wait for the connection to complete. If the app doesn't automatically proceed, select "Confirm hotspot connection, next" and wait for the connection to finalize.
